“Straighten Up And Fly Right” Strawberry Pineapple Cake – Just 2 Ingredients!

I love strawberry cakes. I mean, really, you don’t see them all that often as chocolate and vanilla cakes seem to “take the cake” most of the time. This strawberry cake isn’t just for any old strawberry cake, either. There is pineapple in the mix which really ups the sweet factor. Plus, the cake part of this recipe is only 2 ingredients! Can you believe that? Yep, just 2 ingredients. It’s as simple as dumping a dry cake mix into a bowl with a can of crushed pineapple. Easy, peasy. The cream cheese frosting is a breeze to make, too. If you want to keep things as simple as possible just skip making the frosting yourself and use a store bought variety. I really like the Duncan Hines brand. Enjoy!
