Hot Ham And Spuds Casserole. It’s Terrific!

I love casseroles and I especially love casseroles that are made in the slow cooker. So simple and easy!

Let’s take a peek at what the folks over at Group Recipes have to say about it:

My mom used to make this when I was a kid. It was always my favorite, and is now a favorite for my kids as well. I have not changed her recipe at all, as it is perfect just the way it is.

This is a total “mom” meal and for good reason! it’s delicious! You and your family will be making this slow cooker ham and potato casserole for years to come.

2 C. ham, cubed

4 C. potatoes, cubed

1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken)

1 can Pennsylvania Dutch sliced mushrooms

1 C. Kraft shredded cheese

1/2 C. chopped onions

In a Crock Pot, mix all ingredients well. (will be very thick until cooked!)

Set on medium cook for 4-6 hours.

Quick Tip: Serve this tasty casserole with steamed veggies and buttermilk biscuits for a complete meal.

Thank you to Group Recipes for this great recipe.
