My mom used to make this when I was a kid. It was always my favorite, and is now a favorite for my kids as well. I have not changed her recipe at all, as it is perfect just the way it is.
This is a total “mom” meal and for good reason! it’s delicious! You and your family will be making this slow cooker ham and potato casserole for years to come.
Ingredients
2 C. ham, cubed
4 C. potatoes, cubed
1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken)
1 can Pennsylvania Dutch sliced mushrooms
1 C. Kraft shredded cheese
1/2 C. chopped onions
Instructions
In a Crock Pot, mix all ingredients well. (will be very thick until cooked!)
Set on medium cook for 4-6 hours.
Serve.
