3. Avocados
I, for one, love avocados. I also love grilling. it only made sense that this would be the first unusual item on the list that I tried to grill. It turned out just as I hoped it would; perfect.
Ingredients
Avocados
Shredded parm cheese
Lime
Instructions: Dab your avocado with some olive oil and grill it for a bit. Throw some parm on ‘em when they look about ready, and sprinkle with lime juice. Eat with a spoon and a smile. 🙂
