Are you a fan of banana bread? I, for one, LOVE banana bread. I enjoy everything about it. So, you can imagine my delight when i stumbled upon this amazing recipe for banana CAKE. Folks, this cake is UH-MAZING. It is so moist and flavorful. My husband and kids inhaled this cake like nobody’s business. In fact, i had to section off a few pieces for myself and hide them in the refrigerator so that I would get some! This cake is great with your morning cup of coffee, as a midday snack, or as an after dinner dessert.
I shared this recipe with my friend Debbie who has 5 children. Now, Debs is always looking for wholesome items to add to her kid’s lunchboxes for school. This banana cake was an answer to Miss Debster’s prayers. It is easy to slice, wrap, and stick into any lunchbox. Her kids were thrilled to find it hiding behind their apples and carrot sticks 🙂
