This Soup Is So Good You’ll Want To Put It In Jars To Enjoy Later

I have really been on a canning kick lately. I love preserving food for the fall and winter months. There is just something so satisfying about preparing food with your own hands, preserve it, and enjoying it at a later time.

I recently found a recipe for navy bean and ham soup. Boy, was it delicious! I decided to make a HUGE batch of this soup, eat some for dinner, and preserve the rest using a water bath canning method.

Now, I get to enjoy this wonderful soup all year long. I look forward to cracking open a can during the winter months. Yummo! Now, you do not have to can this navy bean and ham recipe if you do not want to.

You can simply make a pot of this amazing soup and serve it for dinner with your favorite sandwich. My family prefers grilled cheese. The soup is very easy to make!
