I was never much of a cornbread casserole person. I actually just didn’t eat much corn in general. That is, until I met my husband.
He is obsessed with corn and wants it on everything. Now, one thing that I am very big on is southern food. Being from the midwest, we have a different style of cooking in comparison to our southern brothers and sisters.
I prefer eating and cooking the way they do down in Georgia. Shhh, don’t tell my Michigander friends and family! One day he asked me to make him cornbread casserole, but I had never made it so I wanted a quick and easy recipe.
