Yes, You Sure Can Make This In The Privacy Of Your Own Kitchen! It’s Easy!

I Think I’ve Died And Gone To Heaven!

I clearly remember the first time I had this dish.  My grandma had been in the hospital for about a week following heart surgery and we were staying with our aunt and uncle while my parents were with my grandma.  They were trying to entertain us and told us they would give us something we’d never had for dinner.

They also promised we would love it.  Boy were they right. That evening, my aunt taught us how to make and served us Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole.

I had always heard of the dish, but had never tried it.  I also see why she made the casserole version.  With a large family of 9 staying at her house at the time, she needed to make something filling, yet practical and this fit the bill.

Quick Tip: Try this out with different flavors of cheese.  Or better yet, combine different cheeses.     My personal favorite is Havarti and Swiss.  Mmm.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know, I read a lot of your recipes, & really enjoy them, but the ad on the left always moves to the right side while scrolling half way down the page. It ends up covering the recipe instructions!! Not just on this recipe, on all of them… Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!
