Who doesn’t love pistachio? It has such a lightly sweet flavor that’s distinctive and original. I used to love pistachio ice cream and pudding as a child. I may have been one of the only that didn’t want cookies n’ cream but I like to think I had a bit of a more sophisticated palate.
