Who doesn’t love pistachio? It has such a lightly sweet flavor that’s distinctive and original. I used to love pistachio ice cream and pudding as a child. I may have been one of the only that didn’t want cookies n’ cream but I like to think I had a bit of a more sophisticated palate.
This cake bakes in a bundt pan, and is absolutely delicious with fluffy whipped cream on top. You will be “nuts” for this, I promise! This would be a beautiful dessert choice for friends and family. They’ll easily be impressed by its beauty, and then be sold when they take the first bite. Just make sure you always have the recipe at hand… they will beg you for it, right after they’ve had their first bite of this!
