I’ve tried microwaved mug cakes before and I have to say this is one of the best recipes I’ve found. It’s so good I had to fight myself not to make another one right away!
If you happen to have a little bit of vanilla ice cream in the freezer, it will pair perfectly with this mug cake. Or add some whipped cream on top, or perhaps even caramel sauce. But no need to worry if you have none of those things – this mug cake is absolutely delicious even without it!
Ingredients
3 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp white granulated sugar
1 large egg
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until egg is fully whisked in and pour mixture into a large, microwave-safe mug.
Microwave for approximately 1 minute. Let cake cool for a while before eating.

Quick Tip: Don’t fill the mug more than halfway full or it may overflow!
Thanks to Kirbie’s Cravings for this amazingly simple way to make a homemade treat!
