Hot Roast Beef Today and Juicy Gravy-Dripping Sandwiches Tomorrow

Are you tired of having dry tasteless turkey? You are not alone when even ladles full of gravy or spoonful’s of mayo can’t make it go down any easier. Switch out that sorry bird for a pot roast and enjoy the juicy tender flavors and aromas that fill the house! This is one of my go-to recipes during the winter; the scent alone makes me feel warm inside. My family is crazy for this pot roast, even my picky eaters! However, my favorite time to make this is when I have dinner guests coming over.

 

Spend more time with your guests and less time over a stove as this one-pot meal makes prep and clean-up a breeze. The next day, enjoy hot roast beef sandwiches on crunchy bread for a delightful lunch. You can add more of your vegetables, or use completely different ones for new flavors every time.
