The Quickest And Creamiest Chicken Spaghetti Casserole You’ll Ever Make

Whenever I made spaghetti at home after I got married, my husband always acted like he was trying his hardest to just choke it down. The first couple of times I didn’t notice, but then after a few batches, I caught on. I asked him what the deal was, and he told me that he wasn’t a huge fan of spaghetti. Well, thanks for telling me now! So, I knew that I was going to have to come up with something different for us. I knew that he liked chicken and white sauce, so I tried to figure out what I could with that.

I found this recipe for a creamy chicken spaghetti on The Pioneer Woman not much longer after that. I knew that it was going to be just what he liked. I made it up in place of the traditional spaghetti later on that week and waited in anticipation to see what he did.

He basically devoured the whole plate and then asked if there was any more. I don’t think he ever asked for seconds of regular spaghetti before that. I guess we found a winner. He asks for it all the time now, and it’s so easy, I don’t mind making it for him.
