Mr. Buckshot’s Beef And Bean Burrito Recipe

I don’t know about you guys and gals but I really like a good burrito recipe. One time, I bought this big orange package of bean and cheese burritos from the grocery store. They were okay, but very dry.

I knew I had to come up with something better in order to feed my burrito frenzy. Then, I came across this recipe and I swear my heart fluttered for a few beats. I can’t begin to tell you how good these burritos are!

My husband even took a few of them to work with him and usually, he only takes sandwiches. Never anything but sandwiches. I’d say that these burritos made a big impression on his heart.

To make a dinner out of these I like to make a bed of loosely chopped iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Green or black olives can be used but I really like the sharp flavor that green olives add. Sprinkle a little more cheese over that and lay the hot burritos on top. Then of course you can add sour cream, a few crushed nacho chips, cilantro or more of the other options mentioned in your recipe or whatever you desire. You can use any rice for the bed as well.
