Whenever my best friend’s husband is at home, my best friend requests me to take in my godson for a night. Because of work, her husband is often away for two weeks straight so she misses him a lot. Being the good best friend that I am, I always willingly offer my home to my godson. There was this one time when she was so excited about him coming home that she she was preparing two days ahead. I volunteered to host her son a day earlier just for that. The night of their supposed date, I was having a movie marathon with my godson and my boyfriend. We were in the middle of one movie when there was a knock on the door. It was my best friend.
She was carrying a pan of the most delicious-smelling dish ever and was wearing a scowl on her face. It turned out her husband wouldn’t be at home until the next day because he was asked to extend for another day. My best friend had prepared a lot of food so she just brought it for us to enjoy. We had the most delicious stuffed chicken that night. And this chicken rollatini recipe reminds me of that cheesy delicious dish that thankfully, never was ruined.
