My husband loves ranch dressing. I mean, he will pour that stuff over everything. Not just salads, but burgers, fries and even a savory waffle in the morning. I know, I know, it is strange, but he just loves it so much. He likes the tang more than anything else. He has been using it so much, I had to cut back and buy the fat free one because he was gaining so much weight and the doctor said it was that! (well, it might be other variables, too, but I think this was a prominent contributor to the extra large waist!).
Well, after a while of contemplating what new stuff I could make to switch up his typical Ranch dinners, I thought of incorporating it in his favorite main meal: the protein! Instead of just drizzling it over a side of mashed potatoes, I coated chicken breasts with this stuff. That way, the Ranch sauce infuses the chicken breast with its tanginess and really makes for a soft, juicy and tender chicken. Well, let me tell you friends, this was a hit. My husband loved the way I prepared this and asks for it all the time now and it is so easy, I gladly oblige.
