Are you one of those people who, when ordering at a fast food chicken place, always say to the waiter, “Can I get the thigh part of the chicken, please”? I’m not embarrassed to admit that I am one of them. When you go into a chicken place, you will always want the juiciest parts of the chicken, and breasts have nothing on thighs.
In recipes that require a lot of added flavors, chicken breasts are used more. But there are also good recipes for chicken thighs that will please anyone sitting at your dining table. I found this recipe online where they braised chicken instead of roasting it. In my opinion, this method brought out more the natural flavor of the chicken thighs and it will surprise you! This one went straight to my box of all-time favorite recipes.
