My Mother Told Me I Once Ate Half A Batch Of These At Grandma’s House
I remember when I was little, my grandma used to make these unbelievable little cookies that I simply couldn’t stop eating.
I was always trying to sneak in, to grab just one more, and I couldn’t understand why my Mom was so angry when she found out about it. Later on, when I was a little older, I realized they were incredibly hard to make – it took about 3 hours to get just one batch of them done.
I can’t believe the patience grandma had, first of all, making them and then seeing me eat them all in a heartbeat! When I grew up I made those cookies once, and it was the last time. I’m just not made for recipes like that! As delicious as those cookies were, the amount of labor almost drove me crazy.
Now, this recipe here is something else! I love these “peanut butter kisses” just as much, and they’re so easy to make it’s almost funny!

Quick Tip: Try adding edible colors to the cookie dough!
Love these! My signature cookie.usually at Christmas…but I prefer t use chocolate star candies if I can locate them(otherwise I use flat chocolate disc candies I find in the bulk food section at Win Co).
