You’ll Want To Eat This Straight From The Pan With A BIG Spoon
Has anyone else noticed this weird thing about mashed potatoes? How is it that when you’re having boiled potatoes with your dinner, you can barely eat two – but when you’re having mashed potatoes it’s not a problem at all to gobble up a portion that was made of five potatoes! I still haven’t figured it out, after all these years.
Well, before we get to this recipe I think I should warn you. You’re going to need even more potatoes for this one, to make sure you won’t run out of these incredible, creamy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
This side dish is so delicious you’re going to want to make it your main course, and eat only this for your dinner! I may or may not have done that, but let’s not get into that. Let’s just agree that this is one heck of a recipe.
