You’re Just 9 Ingredients Away From the Creamiest, Richest, Most Satisfying Soup On The Planet

When the snow starts falling outside the bay window in my kitchen, I go into soup making mode.  My family and I have been making toasted sandwiches and a batch of warm soup to eat on winter evenings since before we were married.

The soup changes, but the comforting routine doesn’t. I am so thnakful that I came across this amazing cream of broccoli soup. It is hearty, wholesome, and filling. Eating this soup is like giving your stomach a warm hug from the inside. Think of cream of broccoli soup as the warm fuzzy sweater of comfort foods.

Until I made this recipe one night and we each took our first bite.  We looked up at each other in surprise and I said, “There aren’t going to be any leftovers of this, are there?” There weren’t! In fact, there have been times that I made this soup and had to concoct an extra batch to ensure that we had some leftovers because this dish is even better the second day.
