How Can You Go Wrong With Bacon Wrapped, Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

It was Tuesday again, my least favorite day of the week. Most people hate Mondays, but not me. At least Monday is a definitive start to the week. Tuesday isn’t the start, the middle, or the end. It’s just there. Boring. A nice long work day for me usually. That annoying Tuesday morning I had taken chicken out of the freezer to thaw for supper. That’s also annoying, because I never know what to do with chicken. I always just prepare it the same way time and time again. My family gets rather tired of it too.

While I was on my lunch break, aimlessly scrolling through random things on my phone, I found a recipe on BigOven that really caught my eye. It was chicken, but it was wrapped in crunchy mouthwatering bacon and stuffed with cream cheese. This Tuesday is starting to look up a bit!

I skimmed the ingredients and the directions and discovered I had everything I needed to make the recipe at home that very night. I didn’t even have to stop at the store! The process of putting them together was easier than I thought and the flavor was to die for. No more boring chicken Tuesdays at my house!
