Are you tired of the same old pork tenderloin recipe that you keep making again and again and again? Okay, that sounded like an ad for home shopping, I’m sorry. It’s just that I feel this way sometimes. Don’t get me wrong- I love all the recipes that I tried for my family. They make my family happy and make them feel content and satisfied after every meal. It’s me who’s the problem. I always want to try something different after I cooked a particular version for a few number of times already.
Just like when I cook pork tenderloin. My family always appreciates anything I do with pork tenderloin. However, I want to try another version every time whether it’s because of a new method, a new ingredient, or a new glaze.
Speaking of a new glaze, that’s the reason why this pork tenderloin recipe from Lovely Little Kitchen captured my attention. It offered something new to me when I saw the description. So I was instantly like: “Sure, why not?”
The first time I made this, I didn’t make an adjustment. I made a casserole for my sons so they could enjoy dinner, and this recipe was for me and my husband. When I thought I wouldn’t enjoy it, I was wrong- I did.
Yes, it was spicy; but that spiciness was the amazing kick that this recipe needed. All ingredients in this recipe complement the pork tenderloin so well. I have no words for this recipe other than, “amazing”.

Quick Tip: You could grill the pork tenderloin, and cook the rice separately if that is easier for you.
