Summer is finally here and with it comes backyard BBQs, fireworks, swimming in the pool, and eating delicious sweets and treats. I love to whip up cakes and cookies and other yummy things for my family to snack on during the summer months. It’s convenient to have these things on hand, especially when your children invite the entire neighborhood over to swim in the pool.
When I came across this peach mango refrigerator cake, my first thoughts were, ‘What on earth is a refrigerator cake?” Boy, am I glad I stuck around to find out. This isn’t your average cake as it doesn’t require an iota of baking. You simply mix your ingredients together and pop this yummy little darling into the fridge to chill for a few hours. It’s really that easy!
