Chicken Caeser salad has always been one of my favorite meals. It’s like a side dish for dinner, but with meat so you can easily consider it an entree, right? Right. Sometimes, if I’m in a hurry, I’ll leave the chicken out and just enjoy the lettuce, croutons, cheese, and dressing. It’s so yummy either way!
