I always love chicken on pasta. For me, chicken is pretty much the most flexible meat in the planet, most especially the breast part. Breast tastes less flavorful than thighs or legs, which is why it can easily adapt to the taste of the recipe it’s a part of. You can do anything with chicken breasts and you are still assured that they will still taste amazing with anything! I know you will agree with me.
While I was searching for a recipe to bring to my next potluck (I was sticking to pasta that time), I came across this lemon chicken pasta. I am not a stranger to lemon chickens, but I have to admit that it was my first time trying lemon chicken pasta.
I had a feeling it would be amazing because pasta is as versatile as chicken. You can eat anything with pasta and that’s a really an advantage already. Still, I had a bit of qualms because it was my first time making them.
My husband’s reaction was the first thing that assured me that it was really good. Whenever he closes his eyes after that first bite, you will know how much he loves it. And well, there were the empty plates of my children.
This is a family recipe that you have to try. If you want a copy of the recipe, you can find it on the next page. I hope you will love this as much as I did!
