Sometimes, the best things in life are not the ones that give you comfort. Sometimes, it’s the ones that dare you to become more than what you are and that challenge you to reach for something bigger or try for something else you haven’t tried before. It’s the ones that dare you to push better and harder if it’s for the good of the ones you love. Just like what happened when my husband and I moved away from our comfort zones to start a family.
My husband and I both grew up in closely knit families. Leaving for college was a bit difficult for me even though I wanted my freedom. The same happened with him because that’s how we were brought up.
When we got married, we lived in his state. His parents had a house built up that we would have rented if we decided to stay there. But the opportunities for both of us were in another state.
We left because we knew it was not just for us starting thereon. Once we had a family, we needed all the opportunities we could get. So we grabbed them and started another life in another town.
It was a whole lot of a new adventure for us,. We were able to adjust perfectly. Now, I am glad we did because it was an advantage for my little family.
Just like this chai spice cake. It might not be your typical cake because it has stronger flavor and a bit different, but it’s so worth it. It offers something new that you will easily fall in love with.
