Ok, so maybe they aren’t the new potato but they certainly are making an impression on the fast food world. You won’t find me purchasing bag after bag of frozen shoestring potatoes any longer. Nope! I discovered the almighty green bean fry and I couldn’t be happier about it. You see, French fries are ok but they really aren’t all that great for you, especially if you’re watching your weight. Now, green bean fries, on the other hand, are a wonderful substitute. Plus, once you bake them you get a nice crunch that is so satisfying!
