Luscious Lemon-Meringue Pie Will Make You Say, “Oh, My!”

I started that lemon detox program a few months ago. They say that hot water with lemon detoxifies the body, which is good for the health. This program is the reason why recently, I always have a large stock of lemons in my pantry. What to do with those extra ones before they all spoil away? I have no choice but to turn them into desserts. There’s nothing better than a quick-to-make dessert made of something that you love.

Too bad I will not be making them for myself. But a taste won’t hurt, right? Just a little taste? Ugh. Why are you so irresistible?

 

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can Borden sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

1 (6-ounce) Keebler graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

Fold condensed milk and lemon juice into whipped cream; pour into crust.

Cover and chill 4 hours or until firm.
