Oh, boy! Have I been eating well lately!

I may have given you the wrong idea right there, when I said ‘creamy’. This soup is creamy, indeed, but there isn’t a drop of cream in it! The best part is, you can use all that leftover turkey when you just don’t feel like having another turkey sandwich anymore.
This one is such a breeze to make, especially after all those Holiday meals that took you half a day to prepare! No need to slave away in the kitchen for this one, but it still turns out extra delicious.
