Guys and gals, I cannot wait for you to try this pumpkin upside down cake! It is absolutely heavenly. I love the creamy filling and the bit of crunch on top. Yummo! This cake is more of a cobbler than a cake but who cares what we call it, right? Just as long as we get to eat it! I found the recipe on the next page to be very easy to follow and the ingredients, minimal. You may not even have to run out to the grocery store!
My church had a fall kickoff party last weekend and this was the dessert that I took with me. Everyone loved it! My pastor and his wife each had two servings, although his wife didn’t want anyone to know that hehe! I told her to not worry because it is perfectly fine to overindulge once in a while.
