Tropical Coleslaw? Jimmy Buffet Says, “Yes!”

The most noticeable thing about this recipe is how there are only three steps involved in putting it together. Seriously, your five-year-old could probably make this. When I’m really short on time, I will buy the pre-shredded coleslaw mixture from the produce section and just use that along with all the dressings and seasonings listed here. It’s a great thing to have in the fridge ready to be tossed together when you have any unexpected or extra guests stop over. It really goes well with any meal.

Coleslaw doesn’t have to be just for summertime when you make it like this!

 

Ingredients

8 c green cabbage (shredded)
1 c radicchio (shredded)
1/4 c cilantro, fresh (chopped)
1/3 c Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/4 c lime juice (fresh)
3 Tbsp Domino sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard

Instructions

Stir mayo, lime juice, sugar, mustard, and salt together.
Pour over cabbage and cilantro mix.
Chill 1-2 hours.
