Green Onion Potato Salad – Does Wonders For Your Hungry Tummy

Now that I know how amazing the flavor is to this, and how easy it is to make, I make this recipe all the time instead of my old one. It’s always a huge crowd pleaser. It’s definitely a conversation started. Some of the people know that there is something different, but they have trouble putting their finger on it. So, when I tell them the differences, they are usually pretty shocked. I love sharing all my tips, tricks, and knowledge about cooking. It’s the best way to improve my skills!

I was a little apprehensive about the sour cream myself, but it really worked in here!

 

Ingredients

4 c potatoes boiled and chopped
1/2 c chopped green onion
2 c Daisy sour cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp horseradish
Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes into quarters, boil for about 15 mins.
Put green onions into a dish’
Add the mustard, sour cream and horseradish; mix together.
Chill for at least an hour.

Quick Tip: Add some dill pickle to the mix. It’s good!
