Slow Cooker Whole Chicken: We Clucking LOVE This Recipe!

Dinner Doesn’t Get Any Easier Than This!

Roasting a whole chicken in a Crock Pot is a new concept for me. I am used to making beef roasts and casseroles in the slow cooker but never an entire bird. I guess I just never thought it would turn out any good. Well, I’m glad I discovered the following recipe on the next page because cooking a bird like this is an amazing idea and it turns out so well. Plus, the cleanup is super easy. I’m excited about this y’all!

The top of the chicken turns out browned and even a little crisp in areas just like it would if you roasted it in the oven. Now, I don’t mean it’s crunch but it definitely gets a little toasty. You’ll see!

When you make this yummy recipe be sure to leave me a comment in the section below so I know how it turned out. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: You don’t need to add any liquid to the slow cooker as the chicken makes enough juice all on its own. Yay!
