How To Turn Dessert-Time Into A Feast
The other day I went on over to my local bakery to pick up some summer-themed cookies and saw the most amazing birthday cake in the window. It was a bundt cake topped with cream cheese frosting and colorful sprinkles. It almost reminded me of a donut! So, I went into the store and asked the lady behind the counter what type of cake it was and she said it was a carrot pineapple bundt. How delicious!
She told me that the cake had been specially ordered for a birthday party. Lucky birthday boy or girl!
So, naturally, I asked her for her recipe and she gave it to me. How sweet of her…literally.

Fun Fact: I love to layer this frosting on super thick but if you prefer a thinner frosting then simply add more milk to the mix.
