I’ve never been much of a pie fan, or a peach fan for that matter. I certainly never thought that I would like peach pie. That was until I made it like this. It was so tasty, I couldn’t believe that I had actually made it myself. I shared it with my husband and we had it polished off in just a few days. It held nicely in the refrigerator until it was all gone. When we wanted a fresh out of the oven flavor, we would just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and it was ready to go.
So, when I had to make a dessert to take to our church luncheon, before I even thought of it, my husband suggested that I make this one from Cravings Of A Lunatic. Of course! This was going to be perfect.
Everyone at the luncheon really enjoyed it. I even got a few requests for the recipe. I don’t mind sharing any recipe that I ever find that comes out tasting as good as this!
