Treat Yourself With This Cheesy Hamburger Dip!

This dip is pretty quick to make and what I mean by that is get the ingredients together and throw them in the crock pot. I just adore my crock pot. What a time saver! It’s perfect for dips of course! This dip only has a few ingredients and I prefer it this way. I don’t like to jazz it up like I do with most recipes that I find. I just get out some tortilla chips or some pita chips and go to town! My dad always puts this dip over top veggies! I’m not really into that but he sure seemed to like it. I think I will stick to the tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Mild Pace Salsa
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet fry hamburger and sausage until cooked through, drain grease.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large crock pot.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips
