Whenever we have a game night or friends over to watch a big sporting event, you can guarantee that this is going to be on the table for one of the menu items. It’s so tasty and perfect for entertaining with. I like to serve it with extra toppings just so that people can doctor their own plate up however they want. I usually eat mine with extra sour cream and some jalapenos, and even a splash of hot sauce if I’m feeling like I want something a little extra spicy. The whole pan is always cleaned right out.

You really can’t go wrong with this casserole any day of the week.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (15 oz) chili beans
1 can (8 oz) Hunt’s tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Old El Paso taco sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or salt
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
1 cup Sargento cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Cook beef and drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic powder. Heat to boiling. Place chips in ungreased 12x8x2-inch baking dish.
Top with beef mixture. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until hot.
Arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of casserole. Serve with shredded lettuce, chili peppers and taco sauce, if desired.
