Last year I took a trip to Canada to visit my old college roommate. It was so nice seeing her! We had not seen each other in over 15 years. I had not had a vacation in probably 10 years! So, it was nice to break up the routine of every day life at my house to seeing her and reminiscing about the good old days! We had a wonderful time catching up on our lives.
I was so happy to see how she lives and experience someone else’s life! She does not have any kids so her house is a lot quieter than mine! She took me around her city and showed me the sights. We also ate some good food. On of the nights we were going to have Chinese food, but she insisted on making me some at home. She said that she had gotten into cooking Chinese food.
She made me this wonderful recipe of beef and broccoli. It was so delicious and tasted better than any Chinese restaurant that I had ever one too. I told her that I desperately needed the recipe so that I could take this back home and cook it for my family. She was more than happy to share the recipe with me and told me that my family would love. My family does love it and so will yours!
