I love Christmas time! It is my favorite time of year. There are so many wonderful traditions that go on around that time. I love decorating and looking at all of the beautiful Christmas lights in the neighborhood. Then you also have all of the Christmas pageants and not to mention all of the Christmas parties to go to! That has to be my absolute favorites parts to the holiday season.
The parties are always so much fun. Everyone is in such a giving and fun mood more than usual! I mean how can you not enjoy such a joyous time! I love the parties because there is always something super delicious to eat. All of the sweets and treats and the Christmas dinner foods! Oh my goodness I could just go on and on about how scrumptious this time of year is.
I was at one Christmas party and a certain dish took me by surprise. At first I thought it was a strawberry cobbler, but then I quickly found out it was a tomato cobbler! I had never had tomato cobbler before. I don’t even think that I had heard of it. When I tried this cobbler, I knew that I was hooked. It really is a wonderful tasting side dish! I had seconds that’s for sure!
