The number one dinner that I make on a regular basis in my home is meatloaf. I love it. I grew up loving it. My husband grew up loving it. Now my children are growing up with this meal and are loving it! This is a classic meal that most people do love. It tastes good, it smells good and has a comforting feel to it. I love the stick to your ribs kind of meal.
So, with that being said I am always trying to look for different ways to jazz up a meal because even though my family might love this dish, it does get tiresome eating the same thing. I have made quite a few variations of meatloaf, which I have shared with you all. This particular recipe has to be one of my favorites of all time!
Bourbon glazed meatloaf is my new favorite dish. My kids loved the bourbon glaze, which of course cooks down so there is no alcohol content. It’s sweet and savory all in one. This recipe was a great way for me to change up a classic dish. I didn’t mess much with the meat and pretty much only changed the sauce, which transformed this entire meal! You have to try this!
