There Will Be A Party In Your Oven With This Bourbon Meatloaf!

So, the meat is slightly different, but only because I have added sausage. This gives a little spicy kick if you add a spicy sausage, which is what I do. This spicy sausage pairs extremely well with the bourbon glaze. When I tasted this for the first time I loved it! I had never made a bourbon glaze before and it’s really simple. It does not matter what kind if bourbon you get so feel free to go as cheap as you want on that! This is a fantastic recipe!

Check out what our friends from Food Lion have to say about this:

“I don’t use a lot of seasoning, allowing the sausage to do the work and carry some of the flavor.”

This meatloaf hardly needs any seasoning with this wonderful glaze!
