I’ve made this for several potlucks and BBQ events since that bridal shower. People really enjoy the taste of the ham in the dish. It’s not something that you see in a macaroni salad every day. It really compliments the flavors well. Make sure to let this cool all the way in the fridge for several hours before serving for the best taste. If you like it creamy like I do, have enough dressing to add some more right before serving it, because the pasta will soak some up while it’s sitting.
