My mom had called and invited me and my family over for dinner. We live in the same town, so when we have the time in our schedule, we try to get together for a meal at least once a week. I’m always more than happy to go over there. The kids love it, and I don’t have to cook. My mom is amazing in the kitchen, and she loves to do it for us so everyone is happy. It’s nice to be able to spend some time with them too. It’s a great way to stay close and keep up-to-date in each other’s lives.
Mom is famous for finding and wanting to try out new recipes. She usually does pretty good picking things that she knows everyone is going to like. She knocked the last dinner out of the park though. She found these chicken alfredo stuffed shells on Julie’s Eats & Treats. All I can say is, WOW!
I think this is the most favorite dish that she’s ever made ever since we all started going over there to eat. I could have eaten way more I think, but we ran out! Next time she is going to have to make a double batch to keep us all satisfied.
