My younger kids had just won a pretty important soccer tournament. They were flying high on adrenaline and victory. Of course, as usual, they wanted to bring some of their friends home with them to continue on the excitement. I never mind the extra people in the house, until it comes time to eat. It’s hard enough trying to find recipes that my family all agrees on, much less one that people that I don’t even know are going to like. I knew with these kids, the more sugar the better.
They ended up spending the night, so in the morning I took the opportunity to make up a recipe that I had seen on All Recipes for some bacon, egg, and cheese bombs. At first I thought it was going to be like a breakfast pocket kind of thing, but these were way different.
The exterior shell was made from a cinnamon roll! Holy sweetness overload. There was no question in my mind that these kids were going to love these. They all sat down and ate and ate until everything I had made was gone. I think it’s safe to say that this is a good recipe.
