This Is The ULTIMATE Side Dish For Your Summer Potluck

Once a year, the executives at our office allow us staff to get together on a Friday afternoon to have lunch, socialize, and build up employee satisfaction. It’s a potluck meal that we have at the park across the street from our building. It’s a nice break from the regular work schedule, and we really appreciate that our bosses have taken notice of all of our hard work. That’s where the awards are handed out for things like perfect attendance and what not.

Last year, I took in a crock pot of meatballs. They were pretty good. Not as good as the gazpacho salad that one of the secretaries made. I went back three times to get more. She had a huge bowl of it and it was empty by the time we left.

Even the following week in the lunch room, people were still talking about it. I asked her about her recipe and she pointed me to this one from All Recipes. It’s one that I use all the time now when I have to take something somewhere.
