I love a good combination of two recipes. This one was amazing! The french onion is perfect with the beef stroganoff! The smell when it was cooking was absolutely succulent! I could hardly wait for it to be done. My kids were even excited to eat this delicious casserole. As soon as I opened up the oven and I saw the cheese bubbling up I knew right there that this was going to be one awesome dinner. I will tell you this, the flavors were out of this world. My family said that I have to make this again soon. When I get an encore on a dish from my kids then I know it’s good because they are picky eaters!
