I went through a stage in my life where all I wanted to eat was tuna. I don’t know why, I just was hooked on the stuff. I made a lot of sandwiches and casseroles, but beyond that, there really wasn’t a whole lot that could be done with the stuff. There is so much flavor in tuna though, and tons of nutrients. It’s actually very good for you in small doses. Maybe I was on a health kick that I wasn’t fully aware of… either way, it was happening. As I looked for new ideas, I came upon this recipe.
Cravings Of A Lunatic had a nice looking recipe for a tuna stir fry… interesting. I had eaten stir fry before, but I never once considered putting tuna fish in it. I wasn’t quite sure how broccoli and canned tuna were going to pair up honestly.
Much to my amazement, it was awesome! I made just enough for myself that first time. Well, I think there were supposed to be a couple servings, but I devoured the whole thing. I make it all the time now!
