Dust Off The Slow Cooker And Make These Yummy Pork Chops Today!

My kids seem to want to play every sport and join every school activity that they can. That’s fine with me. I think a busy kid is a happy kid. The only thing with a busy kid is, busy parents. During the school year, we barely have time to sit down some days it feels like. While they are at school, we are at work. We all get done about the same time, but then we have to head right back out for whatever event that they are taking part in that day, and it’s usually something.

So, whenever I can utilize my crock pot, I try to do so. It can take care of cooking while we are busy doing other things. Six Sisters’ Stuff provided me with a yummy pork chop recipe that fit my needs. The kids love pork chops, so it worked out nicely.

I made this one day before practices and they came out super juicy and tender. I was worried they would dry up in the slow cooker but that wasn’t the case at all. I’m adding this recipe to my file for sure!
