Ridiculously Easy And Amazingly Tasty Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Chicken

It was time for our annual family reunion. This year, I was lucky enough to draw the main entree ticket. That’s how we always did it. A few tickets were put in for each main entree, side dish, and dessert. I loved taking desserts. It was so easy. Side dishes could be easy or difficult, depending on what you were going to do do. Main entrees always seemed to be the toughest job though. I was kind of at a loss of what I should be doing, until I found this recipe on Cravings of a Lunatic.

This was perfect! First of all, it slow cooked, which was exactly what I wanted. There weren’t a whole lot of difficult ingredients either so that’s amazing. I could easily increase this recipe to make enough to feed the whole crowd of 50 or so of us that were going to be there too.

I was amazed at how easily this went together. It was even nice to see everyone enjoying it. I barely had any leftovers after everyone took a little bit with the rest of their meal. There were tons of compliments coming from all over!
