Now I Could Eat These Nachos For Breakfast Every Single Day!

I am without a doubt one of those people, or parents, that sticks with the same foods that I know that my kids are going to eat. I never stray to far away from the main menu. I don’t want to argue with the little ones about eating when there is so much else to be done. Life’s too short to fight with your kids about eating a piece of broccoli… at least that’s how I feel. I try to make the foods they like, while sneaking in a few new veggies or flavors whenever I can. These breakfast nachos from The Recipe Rebel gave me the perfect opportunity to do that.

I knew the kids would love these. I mean, who doesn’t want to eat nachos for breakfast? They were so excited about that idea, they didn’t even notice all the veggies that I hid underneath the gooey cheese. I love my nachos loaded with vegetables, so I’m glad they didn’t complain.

This was so simple to make too, I had it done in no time at all. I made it the first time on a Saturday morning, but now that I have the process down, I can even do them on a super busy weekday!
